Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Jumpshot's services.

Service Fulfillment Policy

At Jumpshot, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient service for our users. Our Service Fulfillment Policy ensures that our platform meets the needs of our clients and operates as intended.

Service Availability and Uptime

  • Jumpshot strives for a platform uptime of 99.9% annually, excluding scheduled maintenance periods.
  • In the rare event of a system outage, we will notify affected users as soon as possible and work to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance and will be planned for off-peak hours whenever possible to minimize disruption.

Onboarding and Setup

  • Upon subscribing to our service, users will receive a welcome email and access to an onboarding guide.
  • Our support team will assist with initial setup and answer any questions about platform features or functionalities.
  • If you choose to integrate with third-party platforms, our team will provide assistance with basic integration setup, but additional integration support may require a separate service agreement.

Service Support

  • Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (UTC), excluding holidays.
  • Support requests can be submitted via email at accounts@getjumpshot.com.
  • Response times for support tickets typically range from 1–2 business days, depending on the complexity of the request.

Service Limitations

  • Jumpshot provides a SaaS platform for managing licensed products, artwork approval, and royalty reporting.
  • We do not offer services related to licensing acquisition, product approval, or royalty distribution unless specified in separate agreements.
  • Our platform is subject to third-party licensing platform availability and functionality.

Billing and Payment Terms

  • Invoices will be issued at the beginning of each month for services rendered in the previous month.
  • Payment terms are Net 15 from the invoice date.
  • Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with our platform or service, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription.
  • Refunds will be provided at Jumpshot's discretion and may be subject to a prorated fee based on the length of time the service was used.
  • After 30 days, refunds will no longer be available. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time without further charges.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through accounts@getjumpshot.com. Please include your account details and reason for the request.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription to Jumpshot's services at any time. To cancel, please contact us at accounts@getjumpshot.com or follow the cancellation process in your account settings.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. However, any charges for the current billing cycle will remain due.
  • No cancellation fees will apply, but you will be responsible for any fees incurred prior to cancellation.
  • If you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined in the Refund Policy above.
